Our event will take place on Monday, February 29th, 2016 and start at 7:30pm. Please try to arrive at least 30 minutes early in case of traffic or transportation delays, doors will open at 7pm.

Both the ceremony and the reception will take place at locations within Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort. Please note: While this location is part of the general Walt Disney World Resort, it is outside of any of the theme parks and therefore there is no need for theme park tickets in order to attend the ceremony or reception (For more details on tickets please click here). Note: The roads at Walt Disney World can sometimes be confusing, we highly recommend reviewing the directions on this page below.
After the reception please be aware that Disney transportation (i.e. bus, Monorail, or watercraft transportation) usually only run up to an hour and a half after park closing. As of now, the Magic Kingdom will be closing at 11pm, meaning the last buses from the Magic Kingdom bus stop are likely to leave between 12 and 12:30am.
Travel Tip: If you do not have a car and Disney transportation has ended for the night we would recommend you download/use the Uber and/or Lyft apps on your smartphone (available for Android or iPhone). If you are not familiar, both of these services are like taxis that will come directly to your location and take you wherever you need to go. Both also offer $15 to $50 in free credit for signing up using the links above. The prices for rides taken through the apps are also significantly cheaper than using the standard Mears Taxis available in the Orlando area.

Please note, as of now, the last buses from the Magic Kingdom bus stop are likely to leave around 12:00am or shortly after. Therefore, if you will be arriving to the ceremony via Disney transportation, after the reception (depending on when you leave) it may not be running. If so, consider using Uber or Lyft.

Transit directions from a Disney owned and operated on-site resort to the ceremony:
- Take Disney Transportation (i.e. bus, Monorail, or watercraft transportation) to the Magic Kingdom Park.
- At the Magic Kingdom Park, transfer to the Walt Disney World Resort Monorail or watercraft transportation that is heading towards the Grand Floridian Resort.
- Please note, there are two monorail lines (an express that goes to the Transportation and Ticket Center as well as a Resort line), please take the resort line if using the monorail.
- There are also two forms of boat transportation (a ferry that goes directly to the Transportation and Ticket Center as well as smaller boats that service the 3 resorts on the lake), please take the smaller resort boats if using boat travel.
- Go to Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa (4th stop on the Monorail from Magic Kingdom Park; 1st stop via watercraft transportation from Magic Kingdom Park).
- Walk towards Beach Pool/Spa/Health Center.
- Follow pathway to Disney’s Wedding Pavilion.
Transit directions from a Disney Theme Park, Water Park, or Disney Springs (Downtown Disney) District to the ceremony:
- Take Disney Transportation (i.e. bus, Monorail, or watercraft transportation) to Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa.
- Please note, there are two monorail lines (an express that goes to the Transportation and Ticket Center as well as a Resort line), please take the resort line if using the monorail.

- Get on I-4 West.
- Take exit 67 (Epcot Center Dr) from I-4 West.
- Continue on Epcot Center Dr. Drive and exit on the right to World Dr.
- Follow signs for Magic Kingdom® Park.
- Enter the Magic Kingdom toll plaza on the right side next to the bus lane.
- Go through the Magic Kingdom toll plaza and tell the parking attendant that you are going to the Wedding Pavilion at the Grand Floridian for the Bautista/Cox wedding starting at 7:30pm.
- Continue through the toll plaza and follow the green line following signs towards the resorts.
- Continue to the traffic signal and turn left at Seven Seas Drive.
- Continue to the end of Seven Seas Drive and turn right on Floridian Way.
- Continue on Floridian Way.
- A little ways after you pass the entrance to Shades of Green you should see a purple sign on the right indicating the Wedding Pavilion is ahead.
- Disney’s Wedding Pavilion will be ahead on the right.
- At the security gate please press the call button and tell the attendant that you are going to the Bautista/Cox wedding starting at 7:30pm.
- There is a parking lot at the Wedding Pavilion for the ceremony.
Driving directions from Tampa to the ceremony:
- Get on I-4 East.
- Take exit 62 (World Dr) from I-4 East.
- Follow signs for Magic Kingdom® Park.
- Enter the Magic Kingdom toll plaza on the right side next to the bus lane.
- Go through the Magic Kingdom toll plaza and tell the parking attendant that you are going to the Wedding Pavilion at the Grand Floridian for the Bautista/Cox wedding starting at 7:30pm.
- Continue through the toll plaza and follow the green line following signs towards the resorts.
- Continue to the traffic signal and turn left on Seven Seas Drive.

Walking directions to the pre-reception and reception after the ceremony:
- If you took resort transportation to get the ceremony, the fastest way to the reception is walking.
- To do so, follow the signs to the Grand Floridian Convention Center along the front of the resort. You will be walking underneath the monorail tracks for a majority of the walk as well as pass the main monorail platform.
- When nearing the Grand Floridian Convention Center walk instead towards the water. The pre-reception will be located outside next to the Sago Cay grouping of hotel rooms.
- After the pre-reception, to get to the reception, walk towards the Grand Floridian Convention Center and enter the center room (Salon 5).
Driving directions to the pre-reception and reception after the ceremony:
- After the ceremony, you should move your car to the Grand Floridian’s Convention Center self-park parking lot.
- Exit the Wedding Pavilion parking lot and turn right on Floridian Way and turn right again into the Grand Floridian Resort gate.
- Go through the Grand Floridian’s gate and tell the attendant that you are going to the Convention Center for the Bautista/Cox wedding.
- Follow any signs for the Convention Center section of the lot and park nearby. The convention center is a separate building from the larger Grand Floridian Hotel.
- To go to the pre-reception walk past the Grand Floridian Convention Center and head towards the water. The pre-reception will be located outside next to the Sago Cay grouping of hotel rooms.
- After the pre-reception, to get to the reception, walk towards the Grand Floridian Convention Center and enter the center room (Salon 5).
