If you would like to have watched while at our event there are several options. First, you do not have to be staying at any of the five hotels across the Walt Disney World Resort that have child care services in order to take advantage of it. You don’t even have to be staying on Walt Disney World property at all. Additionally, in-room child care is also offered for on-site resort guests through the Kid’s Nite Out service. Details for these services are included below.
Resort Child Care Services
- For reservations call 407-WDW-DINE (939-3463)
- Reservations can be made 180 days in advance
- 24 hour cancellation policy. There is a 30 minute grace period, after which the reservation is released.
- Times available: 4:00pm to 12 midnight
- Call location for booking rate (prices can vary)
- Typical flat rate is $55 total for each child, any number of hours.
- Child must be between 3 and 12 years of age and be toilet trained
- A meal is provided
- Features can include free arcade games, Sega/Nintendo, board games, big screen TV, movies, dolls and stuffed animals, coloring, crafts and much more.
- Child care is available to any Disney Resort Guest (staying at any resort, not just the ones included below), but is only offered at the following locations:
- Lilo’s Playhouse – Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort
- Located near Snack Isle. This location is the closest to the Grand Floridian Resort
- Simba’s Cubhouse – Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge
- Located on the 1st Floor, Zebra Trail off of the Pool Area
- Sandcastle Club – Disney’s Beach Club Resort
- Located off Beach Club lobby near Atlantic Wear
- Cub’s Den – Disney’s Wilderness Lodge Resort
- Located in the Wilderness Lodge, Cub’s Den
- Camp Dolphin – Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel
- Lilo’s Playhouse – Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort

Kid’s Nite Out In-Room Child Care Services

- Reservations are required and can be up to 90 days in advance
- Cancellations require a 24 hour advanced notice to avoid the minimum charge
- Typically for 1 child there is a $18.00 base rate per hour, $3/ more per hour for up to three more children; $2/more per hour for 4 or more children
- One-time transportation fee of $10 will be added to total bill for the care provider.
- Children of all ages welcome
- Provide one-on-one in-room childcare in the comfort of your Walt Disney World Resort room
- The sitters are over the age of 18 years old and are certified in child/infant CPR and basic first aid
- Available to any Disney Resort Guest
